Account Information:

• We will need your account information to process your upgrade through our corporate travel partners. You will be asked to fill out account details before checkout and we will contact you after checkout to collect your airline online credentials using bank-grade security. We will purge your credentials from our systems once your upgrade is complete and encourage you to change them for your peace of mind and protection.

Pualani Platinum Upgrade Certificates:

• You will receive two upgrade certificates which are redeemable for one-way upgrades to First Class on North American flights or Business Class on International flights. Upgrade certificates are valid only on flights operated by Hawaiian Airlines.

Benefit Access:

• Space and/or availability dependent benefits such as complimentary First Class upgrades may dependent may be unavailable on some flights is capacity does not meet demand for the flight.
• All other benefits will always be available, including free checked bags and lounge access.

Validity:

• Valid thru 1 March 2026
• Can be renewed via repurchase (you will be issued a new HawaiianMiles account number at that time)

Alternate Airline Status Match:

• This status cannot be matched to the equivalent status through the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Programme or other frequent flyer programmes because our corporate status benefits include certain conditions that do not allow matching. We offer additional statuses on our website.

Eligibility Criteria:

• You have never received a Hawaiian Airlines status upgrade before or you provide consent for us to create a new account on your behalf.
  
• If you have already received a Hawaiian Airlines status upgrade before, please type "NEWACC" in the HawaiianMiles Account Number field when ordering to let us know we have your consent to create a new account number for your status.
