GlobalTravelPerks leverages corporate travel service agreements with our partners to offer statuses at an excellent value.
What is needed to complete an order for status upgrades?
Requirements for status upgrades vary across airlines. Before you checkout, we'll ask you for necessary information to process your upgrade which often includes your first and last name and frequent flyer number. If we need more information to complete your order, we'll ask for it before checkout. In rare cases, we may reach out to you after you place your order to confirm or collect necessary information to process your order.
What is the standard processing time?
Processing times can vary depending on what you order. Most orders deliver within 1 - 5 business days. Please refer to each product page for more specific processing timeframes associated with each item.
What is your cancellation policy?
We can cancel orders as long as we haven't begun processing them. We'll send you an email to let you know once we begin processing your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before we begin processing it to ensure we're able to issue a refund.
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
We'll send you an email once your order begins processing. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us prior to processing. Once your order begins processing, we are unable to return, replace, or refund your order.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be processed or is processed incorrectly in a way that makes it unviable for use, we'll be more than happy to provide a full refund to your original payment method.
